6wine Terms & Conditions

1.1 Introduction to the Agreement

6wine is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 6wine and every user ("Member") of this platform. By accessing the platform or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to and accepted every provision of these Terms.

1.2 Age Requirement

This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 6wine may request proof of age verification at any time. If you are found to be underage, your account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may not be refundable.

1.3 Changes to the Terms

6wine reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is therefore recommended that you re-read this page regularly.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, family, household address, mobile number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this prohibition may result in all associated accounts and funds being forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled. Members must notify customer support immediately if any of their details change.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials and password completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. 6wine will not be liable for transactions carried out by any third party.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently supported on 6wine:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Fast and secure mobile payment service

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may take additional time if identity verification is incomplete or a security review is underway.

3.4 Source of Funds

Members must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal activity. If money laundering or any other financial crime is suspected, 6wine reserves the right to suspend the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total ৳11,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

The following conditions apply to all bonus benefits:

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another
• A maximum stake limit per spin or round may apply to bets placed with bonus funds
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled
• 6wine reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion or bonus offer

4.4 VIP Program

6wine's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, an irrevocable agreement is formed. A bet that has been accepted cannot be cancelled or changed. The outcome of a bet will be determined based on the official result of the relevant sport or event.

5.2 Technical Errors

Bets that remain incomplete due to software errors, network issues, or system failures may be considered void. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account. 6wine reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at odds that were displayed incorrectly or were clearly erroneous.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

The following applies to bets placed in the sports section (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.):

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will generally be considered void
• Settlement of partially completed events will follow 6wine's applicable rules at its discretion
• Maximum bet limits may apply on the live betting service

5.4 Anti-Fraud & Anti-Cheating Policy

Any form of cheating, hacking, use of bots, arbitrage betting, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Ownership Rights

All content on the 6wine platform — logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, and designs — is the exclusive property of 6wine. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting any review, comment, or other content to the platform, you grant 6wine a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute it. Posting offensive, false, or third-party rights-infringing content is prohibited.

7.1 Service Availability

6wine does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or other reasons. 6wine will not be liable for any losses caused by such interruptions.

7.2 Third-Party Content

The platform includes content from third-party game providers. 6wine does not bear responsibility for any issues arising from such third-party software or content. Any complaints regarding a game's performance must be resolved with the relevant game provider.

7.3 Unforeseen Circumstances

6wine will not be liable for failure to provide services due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, changes in government laws or regulations, or any other event beyond 6wine's control.

8.1 Self-Restriction Tools

8.2 Age Verification

At any time after an account is opened, 6wine may request documents proving age (national ID card, passport, etc.). If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

9.1 Collection of Personal Information

10.2 Grounds for Account Closure

6wine may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing a false identity or inaccurate information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of cheating or fraud
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may request this through customer support. Any active bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled before the account is closed. Available funds will be returned if they meet the minimum withdrawal limit.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all related documents, collectively form the entire agreement between 6wine and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by this document.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be reinterpreted as closely as possible to its original intent.

11.3 Language

These Terms are drafted in Bengali. Where versions exist in multiple languages and a dispute arises, the Bengali version will be considered final and authoritative.
